Robert was born in England and is of Eastern European descent. Attended Massage School in the United States under the tutelage of the late Aleksandr Novakovsky.

Robert was taught Eastern European Techniques of Bio Structural Correction and Sports Massage Therapy for which he received his diploma in 1992.

Robert is an avid weightlifter and uses his techniques to treat and rehabilitate, weightlifters, cage fighters, boxers, martial artists, athletes and bodybuilders and the general public.

Involves the use of massage, soft tissue manipulation and exercise with nutrition advice to reduce physical aches and pains, whether they're caused by sport, injury, or simply the stresses of modern life. Popular with office, warehouse and city workers.

Is in essence very similar to those used in Remedial Massage. However, the goals of an athlete may differ to those of an individual living a sedentary lifestyle. The Sports Massage is used not only to treat injuries, but also to optimise athletic performance. It can be used to help prevent injuries, to prepare the body for sporting activity and aid in recovery from workouts. Popular with athletes.

Is exactly what the name implies: a massage strictly for the purposes of rest and relaxation. This massage technique is not designed for therapeutic effects or for dealing with chronic pain or discomfort. Popular with Ladies as it includes lymphatic drainage techniques.

(RSM - Russian Sports Massage) is a combination of Deep Tissue, Sport, Shiatsu, and Russian Massage Techniques. These combination of techniques are ideal for those individuals that have Bio-Structural Instability and are in need of a total body balance. Very popular with bodybuilders, weightlifters, boxers, cage fighters, runners and martial artists. Bio Structural Correction: To identify precise points on the body and relieve mechanical stress through massage and manipulation.
